Owen Sound Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation (OSMNPHC) is a dedicated organization committed to providing affordable housing solutions for individuals and families in Owen Sound, Ontario. As a non-profit corporation, our primary goal is to address the housing needs of our community by offering safe, well-maintained, and accessible accommodations.

Our mission is to provide and operate housing accommodations, including public spaces, recreational facilities, and commercial spaces, primarily for persons of low or modest income at rentals below the median current rental market in the area. We strive to ensure that everyone, regardless of their financial situation, has access to a place they can call home.

Our People

Owen Sound Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation was issued a charter under the Corporations Act on November 13, 1986. Its Board of Directors is comprised of community members from across Grey County. Owen Sound Municipal owns 200 townhomes and apartments and property manages an addition 198 townhomes and apartments across the County.
